Victim Division


The Victim Advocacy Division provides support to those who have become a victim or a witness of a crime. The State's Attorney's Office provides information about victim's rights, the criminal justice system and case status.

The Madison County State's Attorney's Office serves all victims of Madison County regardless of race, age, sex, income or geographic limitations. Additionally, the Office provides services for witnesses of violent crime.
